1. What is the return policy?

2.What are the shipping options?
Shipping is free for small items under the value of $50 and under the size of 50grams
They will be sent via registered Sing Post.
This is for Singapore residents only. All overseas ordered are mentioned below.
For items under $200 we will usually ship within one business day via registered Sing Post to Singapore residences only. A tracking number will be provided
For items over $200 we will have them couriered to you within 2 business days in Singapore. We can also rush this for $15 to one business day.
Should you want your item urgently, we can arrange a courier service to bring to you the next working day for $15SGD
All overseas orders will be processed via DHL with tracking number given
3. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
There are no taxes or duties applied from Green Gaea Pte Ltd or Shopify.
Should you be charged a tax on your order, this will be for global shipping that has been imposed by your local government only.
4. When will I receive my order?
All Singapore orders will be received within 4 business days of the order.
All Other Order will be received within 7 business days of the order. With compliance of local regulatory actions.
5. What do I do if I never received my order?
Your order will be trackable, and once it has left Green Gaea Pte Ltd it is in the ownership of our courier services. Sing Post / Ninja Van / DHL
You will be able to contact all of these direct to see where your order is.
6. What do I do if I received a defective order?
We personally check all orders thoroughly, but in the off chance it has been compromised while en-route to you, we will investigate this and have listed full return policies here.
7. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Email us as soon as possible so that the order is not sent within the next business day firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily work with you to get the item that you would like.
